Household Hazardous Waste
Southwest New Brunswick Service Commission has a permanent HHW Depot at the Hemlock Knoll Landfill Site in Lawrence Station. This disposal facility allows the public to remove the hazardous items from their homes in an environmentally friendly manner.
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO
- Upon arrival at the landfill, report to the scale operator that you are delivering HHW
- You will then be directed to the HHW depot
- Items should be delivered to the HHW depot in their original containers
- Please do not mix HHW products!
- Always transport HHW containers in an upright position
